Shipping policy

Processing Time
Every Ada Mae piece is made to order. Production takes up to 5 business days: your order enters production the next business day after payment is confirmed, and production doesn't run over weekends (e.g. an order paid for on Thursday starts production Friday, with the next production day being Monday). During sales or high-volume periods, production may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.
US Shipping
Ada Mae currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): 3–5 business days, Free.
Express (FedEx 2Day): 2 business days, $12.95 flat.
Delivery estimates are in addition to production time (up to 5 business days). Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, per applicable state law.
International Shipping (Coming Soon)
We plan to ship internationally as Ada Mae grows. Once available, international orders will be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country — these will be the customer's responsibility and won't be included in the order or shipping total. This section will be updated with countries served, rates, and delivery windows when international shipping goes live.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
We package every order carefully, but if your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact info@shopadamae.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, we're unable to cover packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you'd like coverage for this, add Package Protection at checkout — it covers loss, theft, and damage in transit, including after the carrier marks a package delivered, and guarantees a free replacement or refund in those cases.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.
