Refund & Returns Policy

At Ada Mae, we want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Change-of-Mind Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unworn and unused, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, was sent in error, or the return is for a size exchange — Ada Mae covers return shipping on the first size exchange per order, since we want you in a piece that fits.

Items That Cannot Be Returned (Change of Mind)

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty: earrings and other pierced/body jewelry, custom/personalized/engraved pieces, and items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@shopadamae.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free return, replacement, or refund. This is separate from — and in addition to — the change-of-mind window above.

International Customers

If you're ordering from outside the US, you may have additional return rights under your local consumer protection laws. Those rights apply on top of, not instead of, this policy.

How to Request a Return

Email info@shopadamae.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions and an address. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item (this could be affected by your bank). Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a fault.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Let us know when you request your return and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
